Now he runs and manages our design teams, and maintains Spade and Archer’s design aesthetic for our home staging in Seattle, Portland and Los Angeles. Chad fell in love with organized chaos of design in the real estate industry — a position surely benefited by his background in business, design AND psychology! The psychology of home buying and home staging are some of our favorite topics and Chad talks about how he approached these, especially during COVID times.
